If you violate these Terms of Use, Voyage Marine Automation LLC may terminate your use of the Site, banned you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Voyage Marine Automation LLC makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

APPLICABLE LAW:

The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION: the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

YOUR ACCOUNT: When ordering from us you may be required to register your personal information (username and password). You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. PURCHASES

Voyage Marine Automation LLC accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED & USD for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of COMPANY. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

• You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

• We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

• Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability and acceptance by us.

- When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

- Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email.

- If the Goods are available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Goods purchased.

- If the Goods are not available we will also let you know by email.

• All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication but is subject to change. We also reserve the right to alter contents of the Website and to discontinue any product line or service.

• We will confirm this to you in writing. You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted you will be notified of this in writing together with the reasons.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

• All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future. Prices are exclusive of the relevant sales tax.

• The total price will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Voyage Marine Automation LLC will bring the goods that have been ordered.

• Payment will be made via debit or credit card.

DELIVERY

• Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary.
