Delivery / Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Voyage Marine Automation. We deliver our Products to UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping policy.
• UAE order delivery – within 3-4 business days based on material availability.
• Shipping charges for deliveries within UAE for orders equal to and above AED 500 – Free
• Shipping charges for orders less than AED 500 – AED 20
• If experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by s few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Outside UAE
• We currently do not support outside of UAE orders. For more information or queries for shipment outside of UAE please contact us on email@example.com
• After you placed your order, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to register from the website; and an email will be sent to let you know the status of your order when dispatched along with the tracking information.
• We have our team to directly deliver your orders to your door step and orders from other emirates are delivered by our trusted courier partners. For more information / status checking, kindly go to ‘My Orders’ in the account section or email firstname.lastname@example.org
TO AVOID DELAYS: Please make sure to provide the complete and updated address along with your active contact details.
Heavy / Bulk Orders
• For heavy/ Bulk orders - please contact us as additional fees may apply or deliveries outside the city limits of: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. Should any additional charges apply to your order; our team will get in touch with and let you know before your order is dispatched.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is within 24 hours from the time and date in which you placed the order for the Goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must fill the material return and send us the pictures.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 24 hours.
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods aren’t damaged
• The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase
• The Goods aren’t defective products which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• The Goods haven’t been used or installed.
• The Goods aren’t tampered or missing serial numbers.
• There isn’t anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Goods with Manufacturing Defect

We will arrange courier pick up free of charge within UAE (if reported within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery and 50 AED charge after 7 calendar days)
Upon receipt of goods it will be submitted for further test and evaluation, if proven defective we will replace or issue a replacement.
If the item is working properly which only requires proper configuration then we will return them back to you.
Should you decide to cancel the purchase we can process a refund to your debit or credit card account used for the transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods on cancelled goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refund Processing Time
After we received the goods, how refund is issued will be differ based on the condition of the item, please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refunds will only be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
